I recently read a great article by Nick Corcodilos of asktheheadhunter.com about a job board called The Ladders. To sum up the article The Ladders is a job board that claims to offer only 100K + jobs and charges job candidates for the privilege for accessing their exclusive leads. This claim is not true and some jobs found on The Ladders pay below 100K. The article has other dirt on this job board.

Always remember that job boards make a ton of money from the companies that advertise jobs. It is unethical for them to attempt to extract money from job candidates as well.
