It has difficulty waking up from ‘sleeping’. It goes into a cycle of trying to turn on, then off–over and over again, and you can solely get it out by holding the power key down for a minute and restarting everything. Not convenient. I’ve been on the telephone with HP for the last 4 days attempting to repair it–still not repaired. Additionally–the microphone is not functional, even with HP tech trying to get it turned on.
